Terms of Service – LeadslyX

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadslyX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadslyX provides email discovery, verification, and lead enrichment tools. The Service includes single searches, bulk CSV processing, and API access depending on your subscription plan.

3. Account & Credits

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Credits are deducted per verified email result returned (Valid or Catch-All)
New accounts receive 10 complimentary searches; these do not reset
Purchased credits are valid for the duration of your active subscription
Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for spamming or unsolicited bulk communications
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations
Share or resell data obtained through the Service without authorisation
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP (£). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for high accuracy in email discovery and verification (98.9% target), we do not guarantee that all results are correct. Email validity can change at any time. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for bounced emails, delivery failures, or inaccurate data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadslyX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
